Logged time and counted time are not the same
A busy week with 15 logged hours still counts only 10 toward the 60-hour requirement, because North Carolina caps counted time at 10 hours per week. NC Driving Log shows both numbers, the full logged time and the counted progress, so a big week never looks like it finished the requirement early.
