Can't receive the magic link?
If the sign-in email isn't arriving, try these steps in order:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Magic link emails occasionally get filtered. Search for "NC Driving Log" or the sender domain.
- Wait a minute and try again. Delivery can sometimes take 60–90 seconds. Request a new link only after waiting.
- Try a different email address. Some mail providers block transactional email. A Gmail or Outlook address tends to be most reliable.
- Contact support. If none of the above helps, email [email protected] with the email address you used. We can look up your account and help restore access.
